SERVICES

Positively ADHD Coaching is a joyful, hopeful and fun coming home to your true self.

Positively ADHD Coaching

Our generous, compassionate and neuroaffirmative coaching enables you to connect to your whole self: head, heart, body and soul.

Through our coaching, you will learn to access your inner compass and wisdom to gain clarity on who you want to become and the next steps you're choosing to take to get there.

And if, like many of us, you spent most of your life not knowing about your neurodivergence, then we know that you’re already amazingly resilient, resourceful and positive, because of the many huge challenges you've already overcome, just to make it so far.

Whether you are coming to us for Access to Work, executive, or business coaching or small group coaching or workshops, you'll immediately start to understand your executive functioning, emotions, and nervous system. You'll then gain a deep understanding and acceptance of your challenges, start to fully inhabit your strengths, and celebrate your achievements.

We know that your neurodivergence is only one part of your story. And we can support you to rewrite both your past and your future.

"I chose Kaye because she talked about thriving with ADHD as opposed to coping with ADHD. I don’t want to go through life coping – I want to thrive and be the full me and not have to hide myself away or feel shame about the things that I find hard. I chose Kaye because she didn’t talk about strategies, she talked about being authentic and I love that. I also liked the fact she had a laughter yoga qualification and we did laugh a lot, her approach to listening to our bodies was brilliant for me as it helped me to be more mindful."

Why work with us?

-Gain a deep understanding of your own unique ADHD journey, including other neurodivergent conditions, intersectionality, trauma and your life history so far
-Start to heal your past so that you can change your present and create your new future
-Understand what you need to be the very best version of you
-Step out of survive and into thrive
-Learn how to deal with change and uncertainty more easily

-Learn how to prioritise your emotional and physical well-being, so that you can connect to yourself and others.

“Coaching with you was Transformative. Empowering. Revelatory. Before our coaching, I was flailing and worn out. I now have so much more clarity. I don't know where I'm going with it yet, but I feel empowered to pursue things that chime with my values and beliefs and see where that leads me. I feel more in tune with myself and optimistic about my future. I feel more like myself and more in-tune with my strengths and beliefs.”

Positively ADHD Coaching is bespoke to you and your needs. A coaching session may include:

-Psycho-education, including models, positive psychology interventions (PPIs) and polyvagal theory

-Learning to embody and bring into play all your strengths

-Creative techniques, such as poetry, drawing, collage, stories

-Attuning to nature and cyclical living

-Somatic practices, such as felt sense, EFT tapping and breathwork

-Understanding and supporting your nervous system

-NLP techniques and practices, such as time-lines, parts work, and beliefs

"Kaye's professional and personable approach to coaching has helped me gain a new way of looking at living my life.  She has a wealth of knowledge and understanding of ADHD and autism in adults.  Kaye has made me feel listened to and accepted for who I am. She has introduced me to new ways of thinking, practical strategies and resources that have helped me in my day-to-day life, whether it be at work or at home. And she's shared with me useful online resources, interesting ted talks/podcasts and has recommended books for me to read. I have taken away something intriguing and useful from each session and this has helped me grow as a person.   Kaye has been pivotal in helping to enable me to be my 'true self' in the world that I live in instead of hiding the best of me away."

Group Coaching

"I had really lost confidence in myself and I felt I wasn’t taking care of myself, and I couldn’t understand why. I was sad and stressed and tired of feeling that way. I didn’t know where to start. The coaching sessions have been joyful and fascinating. Not only have I learnt how to put aside time for work but also time to take care of myself and appreciate nature. I’m using the breathing and grounding exercises and I’m not as hard on myself as I used to be! I am now able to plan, work in a way that makes me feel proud and use my strengths. I would advise anyone else considering coaching to be open to new ideas, allow yourself to be challenged and give it a go."

Community

Finding your tribe is so important. Many neurodivergent people can really start to thrive when they join a psychologically safe, neuroaffirmative community because of the deep feelings of connection, support and a trusting space to start to unmasking.

“Many people with ADHD have trouble finding a place where they feel connected, part of something larger than self. Although people with ADHD tend to be outgoing and gregarious, they can also harbor strong feelings of isolation, loneliness, and disconnectedness… Groups can provide a sense of belonging, a sense of connectedness.”

-Ned Hallowell

When you join our tribe, you will:

-Discover you are not alone

-Feel safe

-Make sense of your life as you listen to others’ stories which resonate

-Finally start to feel heard, seen and understood

-Start to understand how you can show up in your strengths

-Accept yourself so that you can become authentically you

-Support each other from a place of hope

-Celebrate successes together
