For £99, I offer a 45-minute 1:1 "landing" call to give you the time, space and knowledge to process your response, intentions and next steps.

What to expect:

- A safe, brave and non-judgemental space outside of your real-life and demands to support you to process how you feel about your own diagnosis and what this means.

- A conversation using a more positive framework and language to talk about your ADHD, based on your strengths, not the deficit medical model. This will enable you to change both your self-talk and how you talk about your neurodivergence to others.

- Support in understanding and articulating how ADHD shows up for you: both your lived history and intersectionality, as well as your current reality.

- An insight into how ADHD support could enable you to make incremental changes, which add up to real transformation
