Find your WayPower Group Programme Terms of Use

By signing up for The Find Your WayPower Group Programme (the “Programme”), you (the “Participant”) agree to the following terms with Kaye Heyes of Positively ADHD (“the Company”). These terms exist to help protect the group, the materials, and the experience for everyone involved. Thank you for respecting them.

1. Programme Overview

Find Your WayPower is a 10-week group coaching programme with a one-week break. For early bird bookings, a free 1:1 coaching session is offered at the end of the live group programme.

The Programme runs from Wednesday 17 September or Thursday 18 September, with live sessions every week for a total of 10 sessions.

Each session builds on the last and covers a unique topic. Sessions are delivered live on Zoom, and recordings will be available via Fathom for those who miss a session, though live attendance is strongly encouraged to support group safety and connection and to embed your learning.

You’ll also have access to:

A WhatsApp community (optional but encouraged)

A 1:1 onboarding call before the programme begins

A 1:1 session during the 3-week break

Templates, resources and tools via FEA Create

6 months' access to programme materials after it ends

2. Payment Options

You can join the Programme with one of the following:

Pay in full: £995

Pay monthly: 3 monthly payments of £333

3. Late Payments & Access

If a payment fails, you’ll receive an automatic reminder after 1 day. If payment isn’t resolved within 7 days, your access to the Programme may be paused until the account is up to date.

4. Refund Policy

You will have a 14-day cool-off period after booking as long as you have not started the live course. Otherwise, all sales are final. If you have any urgent issues affecting your ability to attend, please contact us as soon as possible. Otherwise no refunds will be offered.

5. Behaviour, Boundaries & Group Safety

We’re building a warm, safe and supportive space where neurodivergent people can thrive. To help that happen, we follow these core principles:

Be kind — especially when someone loses focus or gets emotional

Raise your virtual hand before speaking

Respect speaking order and avoid interrupting if possible

Use the chat freely but kindly

Don’t record, screenshot or share anything from the sessions

Follow the Chatham House Rule: you can share what was said, but not who said it

We reserve the right to remove any participant who behaves in a way that negatively impacts the group or breaches these agreements.

6. Sensitive Topics & Mental Health

This is a coaching programme, not therapy or medical care. We’re not trained to provide support around suicide, self-harm, or crisis situations.

We ask that these topics not be discussed during sessions. If someone is in distress, we’ll pause the group and offer private support and signposting to the right services. If you are in crisis, please call 999 or seek urgent care.

7. Recordings & Consent

All sessions are recorded via Zoom/Fathom. By joining the Programme, you give your consent to be recorded in the main group. Break-out rooms will not be recorded. If you prefer not to appear in recordings, you may wish to keep your camera and mic off in the main group.

8. Access to Materials

Live calls happen via Zoom. Resources and replays are available through FEA Create and Fathom. You will retain access to all materials for 6 months after the Programme ends.

If the Programme platform is retired, we’ll give you at least 1 week’s notice to download anything you’d like to keep.

You are free to download and use resources for your own use only. You may not resell, reproduce, or share them with others.

9. Intellectual Property

All content (templates, recordings, materials, resources, etc.) is the property of the Company. You’re granted a single-use license for personal use only. Sharing, selling, or modifying the materials for others is not permitted.

10. Liability & Results

We make no guarantees around outcomes, as every person’s experience is unique. Your participation is voluntary and at your own discretion. The Company is not responsible for any losses or decisions made based on Programme content.

11. Tech & Disruptions

We’ll do our best to run everything smoothly. However, we’re not liable for delays caused by tech failures, illness, power outages, or other events outside our control.

12. Legal Info

No medical advice is provided. Always consult your GP or health professional

Disputes will be handled under the laws of England and Wales.

We reserve the right to update these terms. You’ll be notified of any major changes.
