Find your WayPower Group Programme Terms of Use
By joining the Winter WayPower Community (the “Programme”), you (the “Participant”) agree to the terms below with Kaye Heyes (“the Company”). These terms exist to protect the group, the materials, and the experience for everyone. Thank you for respecting them.
1) Programme Overview
Format: A seasonal, cohort-based community running for 8 weeks (“the Season”), designed to help you feel anchored through winter via weekly live circles, reflective prompts, and simple practices that meet you where you are.
Delivery: Live sessions on Zoom. Replays (main room only) are made available via our current platforms (e.g., Fathom/FEA Create).
Community: Access to a kind, low-overwhelm community and an optional WhatsApp group for gentle support between sessions.
VIP (optional add-on): Smaller-group time and 3 VIP gatherings across the Season, plus priority Q&A/check-ins. VIP may also include access to selected recordings/workbooks (as described on the current sales page).
Exact dates/times are shown on the sales/check-out page for your cohort. Live attendance is encouraged to support safety, connection and learning.
2) Pricing & Payment
Standard full price is £95; VIP full price is £195 (before any discounts or offers).
From time to time we offer early-access or cohort-specific discounts (e.g., % off). Any discount does not change these terms.
Payment plans (if offered) must be completed in full. By selecting a plan, you authorise the scheduled payments.
3) Late Payments & Access
If a payment fails, you’ll receive an automatic reminder (typically after 1 day).
If not resolved within 7 days, access to live calls, replays and community spaces may be paused until the account is up to date.
4) Refunds & Cooling-Off
A 14-day cooling-off period applies only if the Programme has not started for you (i.e., before the first live session/replay access).
After access begins (first live session or replay released), all sales are final.
If unexpected circumstances arise, please contact us as soon as possible—while we can’t guarantee refunds, we’ll handle requests with care.
5) Behaviour, Boundaries & Group Safety
We’re building a warm, safe, and supportive space for neurodivergent folk to thrive. To protect the group:
Be kind; assume good intent.
Use raised hand/turn-taking where possible; avoid interrupting.
Use chat freely—but kindly and with care for overwhelm.
No recording, screenshots or sharing of sessions or community content.
Chatham House Rule: you may share what was said, but not who said it.
Respect confidentiality and privacy at all times.
The Company may remove any participant who breaches these agreements or negatively impacts the group. Removal for breach does not entitle a refund.
6) Sensitive Topics & Mental Health
This Programme is coaching, not therapy/medical care. We do not provide crisis support or clinical advice.
Please avoid discussing active crisis topics (suicidality, self-harm) in sessions or group spaces. If someone is in distress, we may pause to offer private signposting.
If you are in immediate danger or crisis, call 999 (UK) or seek urgent professional help.
7) Recordings & Consent
Main-room sessions are recorded for replay; breakout rooms are not recorded.
By joining, you consent to be recorded in the main room. If you prefer not to be identifiable, keep camera/mic off and use a display name you’re comfortable with.
Replays are for participants only; do not share or distribute.
8) Access to Materials
Live calls via Zoom; replays/resources via our current platforms (e.g., FEA Create/Fathom).
You will retain access to Programme materials for 6 months after the Season ends.
If a platform is retired, we’ll give at least 1 week’s notice to download any personal copies permitted under these terms.
Materials are for your personal use only. You may not share, resell, republish, or redistribute.
9) Intellectual Property
All Programme content (recordings, prompts, templates, frameworks, resources, branding, etc.) is the intellectual property of the Company. You’re granted a single-user, non-transferable licence for personal use during your access period. No adaptation, derivative works, resale, or sharing.
10) VIP Specifics
VIP provides additional, small-group gatherings and priority Q&A/check-ins.
VIP dates/times and inclusions are specified on the current sales page for your cohort.
If a VIP session must be rescheduled, we’ll provide a reasonable alternative date/time; if you can’t attend the new time, a replay (if recorded) or a written summary will be provided.
11) Results & Liability
We make no guarantees of outcomes; experiences and results vary.
Your participation is voluntary and at your discretion. The Company is not liable for decisions or outcomes based on Programme content.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company disclaims liability for indirect or consequential loss.
12) Tech & Disruptions
We will take reasonable care to run everything smoothly. However, we are not liable for delays or disruptions due to tech failures, illness, power cuts, platform outages, or other events outside our control.
If the Company must cancel a live session, a replay/alternative date or equivalent value will be provided.
13) Eligibility & Conduct
This Programme is for adults 18+.
Places are personal and non-transferable.
We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove a participant for safeguarding reasons or repeated boundary breaches.
14) Privacy & Data
We process personal data in line with applicable law (UK GDPR). We only collect data necessary to deliver the Programme (e.g., name, email, payments) and community safety.
We use third-party processors (e.g., Zoom, payment processors, Fathom/FEA Create, email platforms). By joining, you consent to this processing.
For privacy queries or data requests, contact [email protected].
15) Changes to Dates/Content
We may update session timings or minor Programme elements to improve delivery or for unforeseen circumstances. Any significant change will be communicated promptly.
16) Legal
No medical or legal advice is provided. Always consult an appropriate professional for clinical or legal matters.
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified by email.
